BUT, THE BIBLE SAYS THAT HE CREATED ALL THINGS, SATAN BEING ONE THING THAT HE CREATED, ALL THE WHILE KNOWING SATAN’S FUTURE. THEREFORE, THOUGH GOD HIMSELF IS NOT EVIL, HE DID CREATE EVIL, HOW WOULD WE KNOW GOOD IF THERE WERE NO EVIL. IN ORDER FOR SOMETHING TO BE EVIDENT, THERE HAS TO BE A CONTRAST. THERE WOULD BE NO SUCH THING AS DARKNESS IF THERE WAS NO LIGHT, NO SUCH THING AS LOVE IF THERE WAS NO HATE, AND NO SUCH THING AS GOOD IF THERE WERE NO EVIL, THEREFORE, GOD DID IN FACT CREATE EVIL.

It’s all well and good for me to right now feel assured that it is not God who is causing these things to happen. My faith is strong today. That might sound very strange limiting “strong faith” to ‘today’ – what about tomorrow, next week, five years from now?
