i don’t feel good today, i just had fight with my husband, when i read this, I feel comforted. I am so pressured here at work and the least i wanted to happen is to argue with my husband but when i got here at the office i realized God loves me–the rain just poured out heavily and i got no umbrella. God is gracious, He has let a cab pass by at the right time. He is my umbrella. I know God will also restore today my relationship with my husband…

God is always with us in bad times and good times. Its us who moves away from Him. He says he will never leave us nor forsake us. He says come to me all ye that labour and I will give you rest, he is a comforter. He also promised that if we move near to him, He will also move never to us. God wants a constant relationship with us irregardless of the situation surrounding us. We are his temple he resides in us. If our relationship with God is growing everyday causing us to draw near to him, then we shall definitely fear sin and leave one day at a time knowing that He is watching each and every move and step that we make. The spirit of God does not reside in a dirty place.

We are His chosen people so we should always be aware that He is with us because He is within us. No matter what we go through it may not feel good but it is for our good because we should always keep the connection line open for God in the good and bad times. It is through the bad times that God begins to manifest Himself with us and He is the best Comforter I know.

I know He is there. I try to live my day good or bad as if He is right there. Actually I seem to draw closer to God when I have bad times. Satin has no room in my temple. But I still thank the Lord for every day I have and for all my blessings. I think it is important to let Him know how thankful we are for the gifts He gives.
