King Solomon lived a fascinating life. In this passage from 1 Kings, we are told the story of how he came across his great wisdom. It seems that while at Gibeon God told him he could have one thing. Instead of asking for money or long life, he asked for wisdom. God was so pleased that he gave him many other things in addition to wisdom.
