the God who puts us here is what we've been looking for. We were made for a love relationship with Him. But, according to the Bible, "All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God" (Romans 3:23 ). We were created for God, but we've lived for ourselves. We're all looking for a little satisfaction, and once we get it it's easy to forget where we came from. Hosea speaks of how the Israelites cried out to be satisfied while in the desert, and once they got what they wanted, they promptly forgot the one who gave them satisfaction.
