Russian The Start of Mans Sadness
Russian: Eve is tempted by Satan through the serpent. She takes fruit from the forbidden tree & gives some to Adam, who eats it. This 1st sin brings death. Adam & Eve are sent out of the Garden of Eden, & an angel with a flaming sword guards it. Their 1st son, Cain, kills their 2nd son, Abel.

Ron Hutchcraft Ministries, Inc. - Heores On The Fire Line - #9178 | Radio Program | A Life That Matters
A reporter watching it said, “I don’t think they’re going to make it.” Well thankfully, choppers came in the nick of time with water and doused the flames. Later, the fire captain asked a whole big group of firefighters for volunteers to go back and fight that fire again. All 12 of those guys put their hands up. Here’s what the newscaster said about their heroism, “Once again they laid their lives on the narrow line between life and death.”

Ron Hutchcraft Ministries - Miracle on the Hudson
Clearly, the only hope for the passengers of Flight 1549 was a rescue. That’s something I understand all too well. Not because I’ve ever needed a physical rescue. But because I was in a situation where I would have died if a rescuer had not come.

Ron Hutchcraft Ministries - Believing in Spring
Hope is hard to come by during the "winter" seasons of your life, like the loss of someone you love. Sometimes someone close to you dies suddenly, and the grief is almost unbearable. You are overwhelmed. ... You are able to talk about the hope factor when your life is anchored to a personal relationship with the one who created you. You can know that death cannot ultimately win. Death is reduced to being a painful interruption. It can be very painful, but only an interruption.

Ron Hutchcraft Ministries - The Shadow That Scares Us
There's a big shadow that has bothered all of us at one time or another. To be honest, it can be a pretty scary shadow. You see that shadow sometimes when you're in the doctor's office, when you have a close call, or when you've been to the funeral of someone you know. It is, of course, the shadow of death.

Ron Hutchcraft Ministries - The Last Monster in the Dark
Are you scared to die? Does thinking about your death make you nervous about eternity? You don't have to be afraid of that monster in the dark anymore. ... The Word of God in I Corinthians 15:54 says, "Death has been swallowed up in victory. Where oh death is your victory? Where Oh death is your sting? The sting of death is sin, and the power of sin is the law, but thanks be to God, He gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ." There's the last monster—the one that lurks in the dark no matter how old we are—death.

Ron Hutchcraft Ministries - Only an Interruption
Life's partings are tough, especially when someone we love slips into eternity. Death tears us up inside, and the grief seems almost unbearable. If you and your loved one belong to Jesus, then this is not the termination of your relationship. Only because of Jesus Christ, can this interruption be bearable.

Ron Hutchcraft Ministries - The Difference Between Life and Death
There are eight powerful words from Zephaniah 3:17 in God's Word. It simply says, "The Lord your God...is mighty to save." He really is. He has both the love and the power to do whatever it takes to save you from the emptiness and turbulence of a life away from God and from the awful agony of an eternity without Him. God is in the saving business.

Ron Hutchcraft Ministries - Sincerely Wrong - #5681
the key to being rescued by the only Rescuer God sent is to grab Him like a drowning person would grab a lifeguard. You may be sincerely devoted to your church, your spirituality or your religion but sincerity in the wrong way is still fatal. The way to life is to abandon all other hopes of getting to God and putting all your trust in Jesus to forgive you and to take you to heaven. Anything else, anything less, is a road to death.
