Mercies that are “new every morning” according to the Bible. (Lamentations 3:23) The reason so many of us are spiritually up and down, lacking the power we need, the strength we need, constantly being overwhelmed by the day’s events is that we aren’t stopping at God’s “bakery” each morning to pick up that day’s “bread.”
