Youth in the Bible: 1 Timothy 4:12
The family of God is open to all people, young and old alike. Just because you're young doesn't mean you don't have a critical contribution to make to the church; as this verse says, youthful lack of experience shouldn't stop anyone from setting a Christlike example for others--even their elders--to follow.
