The power of grounded questions to create change
Grounded questions, says Mark Strom in this short 16-min TED lecture, have the power to release stories, creative thought, and transformation.
They are not yes/no questions, or even questions about facts or feelings. Mark’s insights are helpful in any area of life, work, or ministry.

How to ask questions about the popular culture around us
Lausanne's Cape Town Commitment "challenges us to be concerned about media awareness," writes Lars Dahle. "This includes helping people to 'develop a more critical awareness of the messages they receive, and of the worldview behind them'. In order to do this appropriately, we all need practical resources."
Lars goes on to list a very useful range of questions to ask about news, documentaries, TV, movies, music, and much else.

Spiritual questions in The Hunger Games movie
The Hunger Games movie has released across the world, with critical acclaim. It may not be a film that would appeal to your mother, or perhaps even you – if your demographic is not teens and twenties. Unless we can get back to the One we were made for, we'll live our whole life without the answer to why I'm here, and we will die without hope. But the Bible gives us incredible hope with this announcement: "Christ suffered for our sin...to bring you safely home to God" (1 Peter 3:18 ).

Video clips that ask questions rather than give answers
First, here’s Alma, a prize-winning animation by Rodrigo Blaas that is hugely compelling. And chilling. A visual metaphor of entrapment. (‘Alma’ is Spanish for ’soul’.) A real discussion starter – it would be useful to show, for example, to a youth group. Or as a embedded clip within a website, asking questions. There is so much to see and analyze within it, with spiritual parallels and warnings.

Question in the Bible - a Christian perspective
King Solomon in his wisdom told us to not question why the old days were better. He tells us that this isn't wise. When we are quickly angered we are like fools.

Dying to Ambition ~ Sparks
Well, the answer to that question will decide whether, in relation to God, we have ambitions for something on the earth. Do you get the point? You see, it is so possible to swing over your natural ambitions to spiritual aims.
